Our Food & Wine
The culture of cooking with fire is evident throughout all the different cultures of South Africa. Our country boasts an amazing coastline that is rich in marine life as well as big part of the country being covered in farmland. We are blessed in the Cape to have access to some of the most amazing producers and this makes our life a little easier in offering a great quality experiential meal. We believe the fire is a versatile cooking medium and we use various techniques to get the best out of the ingredients that we use.

Wine
Remhoogte is a family run winery with vineyards on the foothills of the Simonsberg mountain, Stellenbosch. The wines are a product of ancient soils, steep slopes and winds off the cold Atlantic Ocean. They tell the story of the vineyards, the family heritage and passion for winemaking and preserving the land for future generations. Their aim is to bring joy to all who experience their wines and make them feel a part of the Remhoogte family.

Quality reserve red varieties, blends, and white wines will be tasted during the dining experience with wines from the estate's Reserve, Free to Be and Premium Range labels.
